Terms of sale and refund
Validity of sales contract, product and price information:
The terms of sale apply to the all purchases from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the products is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering. Information about the products is provided in the Online Store directly next to the products. Placing an order to order products, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee, which can be paid via a Paypal or another payment solution, is then displayed on the screen. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store. If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to the end of the products or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
The products are sent to the following countries: Estonia. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from entry into force of the contract of sale.
Right of withdrawal :
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered products may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products in the manner permitted by the products for testing in a physical store. If the products have been used for purposes other than those necessary for their nature, characteristics and to make sure it works or shows signs of use or wear, Meemehed have the right reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the products. In order to return the products, a free-form application for withdrawal from the purchase of the products must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address within 14 days from the latest receipt. The costs of returning the products shall be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is in the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the application or provide proof that: he has handed over the products to the carrier during the said period. The online store will take back the returned products to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract. The online store may refuse to make refunds as long as it is the subject of the contract received or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, whichever is the earlier takes place earlier. If the buyer has explicitly chosen the cheapest conventional thing we offer delivery method other than the delivery method, we do not have to return it to the consumer a cost which exceeds the cost of the normal method of delivery. Right to file a claim:
The Meemehed shall be liable for the non-conformity or defect of the products sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which appears until the end of the shelf life, from the time of the products transfer to the buyer. The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by calling: +372 5699 2860. We are not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the products to the buyer. If the products purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Meemehed are responsible, they will repair or our company replaces defective products. If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store returns to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract. The online store responds to a complaint submitted by a consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing form within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data:
We use the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail) address, bank details) only to process the order and send the products to the buyer. We pass on personal data to transport companies in order to deliver it goods.
If the buyer has any complaints about our company, they should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or call by phone: +372 5699 2860. If the Buyer and the Meemehed are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer will be able to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve the agreement between the Buyer and Meemehed disputes arising out of the contract. The review of the buyer's complaint in the commission is free of charge. The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
